Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated individual for an entry-level position to assist our client's Compliance and Special Projects team. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation through internal communications, ensuring that they comply with our clients policies, and supporting finance-related projects assigned by the CFO and Corporate Controller.
Role and Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Handle customer and supplier documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our client's requirements.
Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between company entities via email and Microsoft Teams.
Compliance Review: Analyze incoming documentation to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
Record Maintenance: Maintain and update working files and final records, including data entry in Salesforce.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in compliance processes.
Monthly Reviews: Conduct monthly reviews of customer accounts with pending balances to ensure all compliance documentation is current and up to date.
Key Relationships (Internal/External):
Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships with accounting, finance, commercial teams, and employees from other locations to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills, including Excel and Microsoft Teams.
Customer Service: Experience is a plus.
Teamwork and Independence: Effective in both team and individual settings.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, organization, and accountability.
