Now Hiring: Clinical Director of Behavioral Health – Washington, DC

Are you a passionate leader looking to make a lasting impact in the field of Behavioral Health? Open Systems Healthcare (OSH) is seeking a Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services to lead, develop, and oversee our behavioral health programs in Washington, DC.

As a Clinical Director, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we serve, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and monitor Behavioral Health Services to ensure compliance with DDS, DDA, and DC HCBS regulations
Supervise behavior treatment service integrity and implement quality assurance measures
Develop and enhance training programs for Behavioral Health staff and direct support professionals
Collaborate with Service Coordination Organizations to develop individualized service plans
Lead a team by interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring behavioral health professionals
Engage in networking, research, and public speaking to expand the reach of behavioral health services

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field + 5+ years of leadership experience OR Master’s degree in Social Services or a related field + 3+ years of leadership experience
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services
