Job Description

Salary: $200-245K with Bonus/LTI/Profit sharing package.

Location: This is an on-site role located in League City, TX.

The company is looking to fill the role of CEO to oversee day-to-day operational control and drive the organization's growth, innovation, and profitability. This position involves providing visionary leadership, setting and driving strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and long-term objectives.

This role requires a focus on delivering value for customers, protecting existing customer relationships, introducing innovative solutions to the marketplace, and expanding market share. Additionally, the CEO will work closely with the Board and leadership teams to identify and address gaps in services and solutions to meet both current and future market needs.

Duties:

  • Execute the short-, mid-, and long-term vision, strategy, and plans, while reporting on progress.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence in all areas of the business.
  • Foster customer engagement by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and leveraging industry networks.
  • Protect and expand the customer base by ensuring competitive and high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain a rigorous operational rhythm and develop a KPI framework to support goals related to quality, safety, cost, profit, and customer retention.
  • Lead a team of engineers and operational staff to troubleshoot and solve complex customer challenges.
  • Align production monitoring and diagnostics to enhance customer engagement while improving profitability and differentiation.
  • Partner with the President to establish financial governance and a corporate dashboard.
  • Drive best practices across the organization, particularly in sales, account management, business operations, and logistics.
  • Continuously adapt strategies based on shifting business priorities and industry trends.
  • Support an improvement-driven culture throughout the organization.
  • Travel as required across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CEO, President, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, strategy development, and financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of achieving strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Chemical Industry is required.
