We are a industry-leading company in fine chemicals and new energy materials, committed to providing high-quality chemical products and solutions to global clients. To support the expansion of our international team, we are currently seeking foreign professionals based in China with a background in chemical engineering and proficiency in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production process plans to improve production efficiency through equipment optimization, process adjustments, and an enhanced operational environment;
• Optimize production control indicators, reduce costs, and improve the workshop’s process management systems;
• Revise operation manuals and relevant documentation to ensure system compliance and efficiency in workshop management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in chemical engineering, polymer materials, or process engineering;
• Proficiency in safety analysis tools such as CAD, HAZOP and Bowtie is preferred;
• Strong technical and learning skills with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities;
• Familiar with chemical equipment knowledge; experience in chemical engineering design competitions is a plus;
• Mandarin proficiency at HSK Level 3 or above, capable of basic communication and understanding of production-related terms.
