What You’ll Do:
As a CMA, you’ll safeguard the health, safety, and happiness of our Residents, all while bringing your compassionate energy and professional expertise to every shift. Here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing:
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
Provide quality nursing care while promoting dignity, respect, and freedom of choice.
Help Residents maintain their highest levels of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Meet the individual needs of Residents with patience and empathy, including assistance with mobility, communication, and incontinence care.
What We’re Looking For:
An active CMA certification (a must!) CMT do not qualify in Skilled Facilities!
A caring and bubbly personality that lights up the room.
Someone who values teamwork and puts residents first.
