Bilingual Training Specialist

Location: Daytona Beach, FL

We are looking for a Bilingual Trainer for our client in Daytona Beach! You will be responsible for delivering effective training and coaching to new hires and current employees. This role requires a dynamic individual who can facilitate group and one-on-one training sessions, develop training materials, monitor quality control, and contribute to continuous process improvement—all while ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Position Details:

• Pay: $18.50-$22.50
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexibility needed when training classes are scheduled)
• Hybrid after initial training – required to be onsite when classes are in office
• Direct Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training sessions for both new hires and current staff, providing in-depth instruction on systems, processes, and procedures.
• Deliver department policies, expectations, and workflow requirements clearly and consistently.
• Create and maintain training documents, guides, and job aids, coach team members on process updates.
• Monitor quality control by sampling data entries and providing feedback for coaching and improvement.
• Analyze training outcomes, summarize key topics covered, and offer recommendations for enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory and client requirements.
• Act as a backup for various departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attendance and performance track record.
• Low error rate and consistent achievement of production metrics.

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
