FUTUREBEAN is seeking new crew members/baristas for our Franklin location! Two weeks of paid training will be provided to all of our crew members/baristas.

Our highest priority is delivering each guest a beautiful experience through our product, hospitality, and shop ambiance.

Our barista/crew members are cross-trained to perform all food service positions, including:

• Guest Service
• Drink Construction
• Baking & Food Prep
• Facilities Upkeep (dishwashing, bussing, daily cleaning, etc.)

As a Barista/Crew Member Trainee, You Will Receive

• Hourly training wage of $12.00
• Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)
• Professional training and advancement opportunities

As a Full-time FUTUREBEAN Barista/Crew Member, You Will Receive

• Hourly compensation of $12 -$20/hour (hourly wage + tips)
• 1 week of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
• Consistent work schedule
• Continued training and advancement opportunities

Job Requirements:

• As a FUTUREBEAN Barista/Crew Member, you are expected to be on time, hustle, be positive, and pay attention to the details. We hope you will find inspiration in continually learning new skills. Ultimately, you will be asked to care about your work and Love Everybody who comes through our doors.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a calm and positive demeanor.
• Conducts oneself professionally and with self-respect.
• Communicates positively with a heart for the success of the team.
• Eager to learn with a desire to be challenged.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk up to 5-miles easily.
