We are looking for a career driven, hard working Bar Manager that wants to create a fun upscale beverage program. We want someone who embraces current trends and can take us to the next level. Must be easy going, positive, career-oriented person willing to lead a team and be able to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering
• Inventory
• Scheduling
• Timekeeping and Payroll management
• Execution of Standards
• Profit/Loss with emphasis on Sales Targets and Net Income Targets
• Entertainment scheduling, payment management, marketing coordination
• Event Management

Experience:

• 3+ years of Bar Manager/Service Management Experience
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.)
• Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
• Infectious personality with the ability to engage and develop team members
• Must be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences
• Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
