Growing family-owned dealership in the Clarksville, TN market is seeing an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to oversee their sales team and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. This person will be responsible to desk deals, TO customers, hold gross, and ensure units are getting sold.

The successful candidate is a hands-on Sales Manager who leads by example and is a great coach to their team.

5 day work week, no late nights, with two days in a row off a week (Sunday+Monday)!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
• Close and Desk Deals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to improve performance and enhance their sales skills.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be in the $110,000 - $140,000 range based on experience and performance.
