Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will focus on wage and hour litigation, including class action cases, providing support and expertise in legal research, case preparation, and client representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to wage and hour litigation and class action cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as required.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss case status and legal options.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 1-3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in wage and hour or class action cases.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
