Position Overview:

 

An Acquisitions Agent plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of a real estate investment company by identifying, evaluating, and securing off-market property deals. This position requires a dynamic individual skilled in building relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing the acquisition process from initial contact to closing. As a point of contact with prospective sellers, the Acquisitions Agent works to establish trust and communicate the company’s value proposition, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for property owners. By leveraging market knowledge, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking, the agent secures properties that align with the company’s investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.  Property Analysis:

The Acquisitions Agent is responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis of each property under consideration. This includes evaluating market comparables, understanding neighborhood dynamics, and assessing the physical condition of the property. This thorough analysis ensures that each acquisition is financially viable and aligns with the company’s investment goals.

To ensure long-term success, the Acquisitions Agent stays up-to-date on local market trends, zoning regulations, and other factors influencing real estate investment. By analyzing market data and staying informed, the agent contributes valuable insights to refine acquisition strategies and identify new opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Two or more years of Inside or outside sales experience and/or prior sales experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Must be comfortable in a commissioned only environment.
  • Proficient in using technology; specifically SalesForce.com preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and inspired by the opportunity to earn income based on performance.

Normal Hours of Employment:

 

Monday – Saturday

9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time (Full Time)

Holidays and weekend hours as needed
